This is an onsite position requiring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and proven sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and proposal development for prospective clients.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in the technology/software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and business strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX and travel occasionally for client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
